Our Mission

At Athlete2Career, our mission is to empower collegiate athletes, by providing the tools and support they need to transition successfully from their athletic careers to the professional workforce.

About us

Based in Erie, Pennsylvania, Athlete2Career is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting collegiate athletes in making a smooth transition from athletics to professional jobs. We acknowledge that student-athletes acquire important skills that are very transferable to the workplace, including discipline, leadership, perseverance, time management, and teamwork.

By offering individualized career help, such as resume construction, one-on-one coaching, networking opportunities, and job search advice, we hope to empower athletes. To make sure that every student-athlete has access to the tools and networks they require to succeed after their sports career, we work with colleges, companies, and business leaders.

We at Athlete2Career are committed to helping student-athletes reach their greatest potential by giving them the self-assurance and resources they need to be successful in whichever career path they decide on.
